NASA Images Provide Unique View of Mars
Described by NASA as the 'Greeley Panorama', the first image shows the fifth Martian Winter of the mission.
The scene combines 817 images taken by the panoramic camera.
The second image offers a memorable view of a large Martian crater.
The crater spans about 14 miles in diameter.
"Opportunity", the Mars Exploration Rover, has been studying the crater since arriving to the spot in August of last year.
