(Ebru News/AP) Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton is hammering bedrock pocketbook issues and arguing that her campaign is about solutions. This as her Democratic opponent, Barack Obama says he's tired of questions about his religion.
Clinton is sweeping across Ohio in an intense push two days before the state's presidential primary.
She told more than 2,000 cheering backers Sunday in Westerville that she has real solutions for the economic troubles facing the industrial Midwest. She also touted her plan to provide universal health care and for tough trade policies.
Meanwhile, Obama told a town hall meeting in Nelsonvile, Ohio, in the state's rural southeast, that he is a devout Christian who prays to Jesus every night. He told
audience members they would feel right at home at his church in Chicago.
Obama said misinformation - including long-standing suggestions that he is a Muslim - is being spread by his opponents.
Clinton and Obama square off in primary elections on Tuesday that could determine who the Democratic nominee for the Presidency will be.
