Official: Consulate Attack Was "Planned"

Libya's President says the deadly attack on the U.S. consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi was planned and meticulously executed. Assembly Chief Mohammed al-Megaryef says the attack was programmed to achieve a purpose - a wave of protests across the world over a U.S. produced film mocking Islam.
