Refugees Struggle as Assad Scoffs at Buffer Zones

President Bashar Assad has scoffed at plans to set up buffer zones in Syria. With over 215,000 refugees in neighboring countries, there is a need to stop the exodus at the border, but Assad says it is unrealistic.
