Afghanistan Receives $16 Billion in Aid

A string of roadside bombs in eastern Afghanistan has left at least 29 people dead, including six NATO soldiers. The attacks come the same time as international donors meeting in Japan pledged to give the country $16 billion in civilian aid over the next four years.
